I sensed the Winchesters before I heard them, and I hid in the shadows of the abandoned building I had claimed as my own. Over the past week, I had been luring hunter after hunter to my temporary home and none had been able to get rid of me. They weren’t much of a challenge, but now, to my delight, Sam and Dean Winchester had made an appearance.
‘It’s going to be fun to kill the angel’s favourite toys.’ I thought to myself, unsheathing my sword as my armour made a soft, quiet sound. It alerted the Winchesters to where I was and I felt them start to move towards me, quietly whispering a plan of action to each other. There footsteps echoed through out the empty rooms of the building as they made their way up the stairs, getting closer to where I was. I remained near the wall, and when the brothers entered the room I felt them pause. I guess I hadn’t hidden as well as I thought.
“Sammy, what is that?”
“It’s a knight without his h
